REFUND & RETURN POLICY
At GearLab, we want every gamer to feel confident when ordering with us. We know sometimes things don’t go as planned, so we’ve built a fair and simple return and refund system.
Exchanges (14 Days)
You can request an exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.
Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and with all accessories/manuals included.
Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If your preferred replacement is not available, we will work with you to find a suitable alternative.
Refunds
We issue refunds in the following cases:
The wrong item was delivered.
The item arrived damaged or defective.
We made a mistake in fulfilling your order.
Refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 2–5 business days after approval.
Our Out-of-Stock Promise ( Unique to Us ! )
Unlike many online stores, we don’t simply cancel your order if an item is out of stock.
If a product is listed as “in stock” on our website but is unavailable in real life, we will personally source it from another supplier.
You will still receive it at the original GearLab listed price—even if it costs us more to get it.
This is our way of showing gratitude and respect for your trust in us.
Items Not Eligible for Return
Products that have been used, damaged, or altered after delivery.
Clearance, promotional, or final-sale items.
Products not returned in original condition/packaging.

Important Notes
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the error was on our side.
Please allow 1–2 working days for us to review your request.
Once approved, exchanges or refunds will be processed as quickly as possible.
